Bibles for China
EIt has always deeply moved us when we visited brothers and sisters during our work in countries where there is not only persecution but also great poverty. They did not ask for material help, they asked for Bibles and Christian literature. Christians who are living under persecution have a great spiritual hunger and a longing for the Word of God. So we have been doing “Bible shipping” since the very beginning of our ministry.
Even today there are still countless Christians for whom it is made almost impossible to possess a Bible “legally". This is why many brave brothers and sisters still “transport” Bibles today. Quite a lot of them pay a very high price.
For example, one brother from Laos who was found with three Bibles in his possession was shot dead on the spot. He knew the risks, but for him the Word of God was worth it.
The distribution of Bibles and Christian literature remains an important responsibility of ours.
